The wizard that allows a non-HTML programmer to quickly create the website code that is needed for double opted-in registration for events, free audio recordings or reports etc. on our website. The awesome support the eConnect staff is giving us! The templates that come with the system. The document library that allows one to upload documents and then make them available to the recipients of our emails - and to be able to track who is downloading them. The fact that users who are very happy with the service and recommend it to others can join the affiliate program and offset some or all of their cost.
