Manage Your Mailing Lists & Contacts

You can create unlimited mailing lists and manage an infinite number of subscribers with eConnect Email. No longer do you have to worry about the number of subscribers you have in your list.

Smart Lists, Targeted Campaigns

Create an unlimited number of smart lists by arranging subscribers based on attributes such as their interests (tagging), occupation, age and more. When new subscribers are added to your main mailing list, they will also be automatically added to the Smart Lists if they meet the criteria you have specified. Now that's what we call a Smart List!

Invite Site Visitors To Subscribe To One List Or Multiple Lists

Create your online subscription form within eConnect Email, put it on your website (or let us host your form for you) and start inviting your visitors to subscribe to your campaign. Choose to create individual forms for each of your campaigns or create one subscription form for multiple campaigns. On top of that, we give you 18 user fields to add to your subscription form, and if that’s not enough, you can add up to 10 more customizable fields.

Import & Export Subscribers

We provide you with two ways of importing subscribers to your lists: you can choose to add subscribers individually or conduct a batch import in CSV or text format. eConnect Email automatically checks for recurring email addresses and unrecognizable email formats. You can also update recurring email addresses with your latest import.

Customize Your Messages

Create your own confirmation message (Confirm Opt-in) and keep your lists healthy. Greet new subscribers with a welcome message and let them have a feel of your newsletters. All these messages can be easily customized; you can also choose to send emails in the form of HTML and text, or text only.

Preference Center For Your Subscribers

Create a preference center for each of your lists to allow your subscribers to manage their subscription. The Preference Center is like a membership page for your subscribers where they can update you on their new email address or if they prefer to receive your campaigns on a different email address and more. The convenience you are providing to them through the Preference Center will help to retain them as your subscribers.

Suppression and Blacklist

Subscribers that are unsubscribed or deleted by you or through their own initiative are automatically added to the suppression list, which prevents any further contact with them. Alternatively to prevent certain subscribers (competitors) or domain names from subscribing to your campaign, you can add them to the blacklist, and eConnect Email will automatically block all subscription requests from them, or from your manual or batch import processes.

Manage Email Bounces Automatically

Too often, marketers send out campaigns using outdated subscriber lists, which results in money and productivity losses, and worse, getting blacklisted by ISPs. eConnect Email automatically handles all bounces for you while distinguishing between soft and hard bounces. Hard-bounce subscribers get deleted immediately, while soft-bounce subscribers will be deleted after three tries. We've further extended the capability of our bounce management by resetting the soft bounce count (to zero) once your next campaign gets through to the soft-bounce subscriber. You could end up with fewer subscribers, but at least you would know they are valid subscribers!
