Salesforce.com Integration

It’s no big secret that integrating with Salesforce.com is smart. With nearly 70,000 customers of which many are sales and marketing users, connecting the powerful CRM with email marketing makes sense. The days of cumbersome exports/imports are really a thing of the past. Smart applications take advantage of API's to pass data back and forth and reduce a lot of the manual labor.

Advanced Image Management

We're proud to announce that in many cases, you'll have no need to launch Photoshop anymore. We've integrated the ultra slick, Picnik application that we think you'll love. It's an awesome photo editing service that is basically an online version of Photoshop. Crop, resize, color correct, add borders, text, you name it. Just click the edit option when selecting an image in the image manager and presto - Picnik launches. Once you make your image edits, simply save and bam! You've got some cool new images to add to your email!

Live Data Preview

Have you ever wanted to preview your email EXACTLY as your subscriber will see it - meaning with all of their merge data included? Now with Live Data Preview, just click the preview link under Email Campaigns and then click Show Live Data. eConnect Email will go and fetch subscribers from your list and merge their data into your email. Normally you would have to send this along as a test mailing to see the mail merge data. Now with Live Data Preview, you can sample live data merged into your campaign before sending!

Reusable Content

Ever have a chunk of content you'd like to simply reuse often in your email templates like a footer, a header, or a side bar item? Now with the release of the snippets feature you can create a library of reusable content blocks and with a simple tag, drop them into your emails without needing to recreate them every time!

RSS to Email

This one is pretty sweet. Do you have content in a blog or web site that you would like to include inside your email campaign? With RSS-to-Email, eConnect Email can pull data from any XML/RSS feed and populate your email campaigns! No more copy, pasting and reformatting. Simply set up your template with RSS snippets (special tags) and we'll do the rest. Then simply manage your site or blogs content as always and we'll prepare your email content dynamically!

Inbox Preview

Curious about how your email will look to everyone when it arrives? Now you can be confident that the email you create will look exactly as you intended when it arrives in your subscribers inbox. With a single click, eConnect Email will send a copy of your email to all of the major email providers (Outlook, Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo! etc.) and provide a screen shot report on how your email will render for each of them. In addition, we'll run it up against the most popular spam filters and let you know where your emails might get mistaken for spam.

Individual Contact History

Drill down to the individual subscriber and see a complete history for each subscriber and how they interacted with each of your campaigns. In addition to email marketing campaigns, you can even use eConnect Email as a CRM to record event and meeting data. Now when you look to see how a contact is interacting with your company you get a full view that includes both sales and marketing activity history.
