Do I need to install anything to access eConnect Email?
There are no special requirements or set up needed to access eConnect Email. eConnect Email is a web-based system and the only thing that you need to access eConnect Email is a JavaScript-enabled web browser and an internet connection. Once you have signed up for an account with eConnect Email, we will send you a welcome email so that you can activate your account.

Do I need to pay any set up fees?
We want to make things as simple as possible and transparent for our customers. There are no set up fees or hidden costs to start an eConnect Email account. You can choose to start off with a Free Account, sign up for one of our Monthly plans and pay for your subscription on a monthly basis or choose a Pay Per Campaign plan and purchase sending credits which have no expiration date. For our Monthly plans, there are no long-term contracts, all contracts are month to month with auto renewal. All accounts come with unlimited server space which you can use to store your images and HTML files.

Can I choose to pay in any currency other than US Dollars?
Currently we only accept payment in US Dollars. Other currencies will be added when there is a large volume of users from that country who would like to pay in their own currency.

Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your account at any time (even though we hope you won't) but it will only take effect on the following month, and we will not be able to refund you the current month's billing.

Upon cancellation, we will keep your account open for one month to allow you to export your data for your own safe keeping, after which, our system will automatically delete all your data from our servers. All data deleted will not be retrievable.
